What you will learn

• How to set up and operate the studio lights.
• The different lighting types (Hard light and Soft light)
• The various lighting types (Broad, Short, Rembrandt, Split, Butterfly, Clamshell, loop (and Back lighting)
• Key lights, Fill lights and Rim/ Backlight
• How to calculate the exposure the using studio lights.
• The various lighting modifiers..

We will have at least one model for students to photograph.
We will supply triggers to enable the lights to be activated

What you need

• Please bring your camera and a lens of ideally between 50 and 150mm
• Spare batteries
• Spare Memory Cards

The cost is $10 to cover the Hall hire
Tea and coffee will be included
